Our 30-day fresh-seed guarantee

Every bag of Bolero leaves the farm fresh. If your seed or fertilizer arrives damaged, short, or in poor condition, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Send a photo of the bag to info@lawnnation.com and we will make it right. No need to mail anything back.

Returns

Changed your mind? Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the delivered date.

1. Email info@lawnnation.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Mail the unopened product, with the RMA number noted, to:

3. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Opened seed and fertilizer cannot be restocked and is not returnable, except under the fresh-seed guarantee above.

Refunds

We inspect and process returns within 3 business days of arrival. Refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your card issuer, the credit may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us at info@lawnnation.com or (888) 360-LAWN (5296) and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
