By using boleroseed.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here applies to your use of the site. The store is operated by Lawn Nation ("we," "us"). Bolero and Bolero Plus products are grown by Delta Bluegrass Company of Stockton, California.

Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or harvest information about other users.

Products and growing results

We describe our products accurately and stand behind their quality. Grass is a living thing: germination and lawn performance depend on soil preparation, watering, weather, and care, which are outside our control. Coverage figures are good-faith estimates for typical new-lawn seeding rates. Product claims describe the seed as supplied and are not a guarantee of a particular lawn outcome.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping to addresses we serve. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or decline an order; if we cancel your order we will refund it in full.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including films, photography, and copy, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Bolero and Bolero Plus are trademarks of their respective owners, used with permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Where state law does not allow these limits, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
